The Harvest Foundation is powered by Harvest Group, a major player within the Zambian economy, with a long-term commitment to create both social and economic wealth, and impact the continent. Harvest Group is optimistic about what the future holds for Africa, and is deliberately weaving a culture of excellence into every facet of its corporate engagements.
The visioners behind the Harvest Foundation are The Rev. Mrs Ada Pauline Ugo-Ngadi (Founder) and Sir Ugo Ikoro-Ngadi (Co-Founder) who, on a mission to return value to society, resolved to set up a platform in 2021, as their personal commitment to building a new generation of entrepreneurs imbued with fresh values purposed to change the narrative on Africa.
